"Quiling" I realize now that there are a lot of you out there who quill. But I only discovered it about 2 months ago. I have to share, this is an art that is fascinating to me. An art with no boundaries. You can use it and play with affects to your wildest imagination. I am so fascinated with all the craft and effects that others have created. It's easy and fun.
